Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly can I submit?

Anyone can nominate a mother by completing our simple submission form. We ask you to write a story focusing on the theme "The strength that carried us," highlighting her resilience and determination.

Who can enter the contest?

Anyone 18 years or older in the United States can submit a nomination. You do not need to be a Remento customer to participate.

Do I need to be a Remento user to participate?

No. Anyone can nominate a mother. While many nominations may come from Remento families, being a customer is not required.

What is the deadline to enter?

All nominations must be submitted by April 3, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT.

How does voting work?

After nominations close, Team Remento will select three finalists based on the strength and authenticity of their stories. The finalists will be featured on a voting page, where the Remento community can watch the interviews and vote for the winner.

What happens to my story after the contest?

If chosen, we may feature selected stories on our website and social media channels. However, you retain full ownership of your content.

What if I have technical issues with my submission?
