What’s included in my purchase?

Our standard package includes a year’s worth of unlimited story prompts for one storyteller, unlimited collaborators, and one credit for a color-printed hardcover book (up to 200 pages). Shipping in the United States is included in the purchase price, and for a fee outside the US. You can buy additional copies of your book for $69 each.

We also offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if you're not completely satisfied.

Why is there a subscription, and what happens after the first year?

Your $99 purchase includes a full year of storytelling and one hardcover book. This model gives you/your storyteller ample time to collect meaningful stories without rushing. 

But don’t worry, you’ll never be locked into a subscription.

After a year, you can either renew or cancel your subscription. By renewing for either $99/year or $12/month, you'll be able to continue recording new stories and creating new books. If you don't renew, you can still view all of your family's recordings and download any recordings or photographs from our website at any time.

What if Remento goes out of business?

That’s certainly not our plan! And, this content is far too precious to take any chances with. That's why we've designed Remento with permanence in mind.

All your content is yours to download at any time, including all original recordings and transcripts. That way you can back up this content to your favorite device (e.g., computer, tablet, smartphone) or cloud storage account (e.g., iCloud, Google Drive). Plus, the physical book itself is a permanent keepsake that will last for generations regardless of our company's future.

 Is Remento easy enough for my grandparents?

Yes! We designed Remento specifically with older adults in mind. There are no apps to download, no passwords to remember, and no complicated technology to learn. Your storyteller simply clicks a link in their email or text message and records their response.

We've had storytellers in their 90s use Remento with ease (like Gerald). If your loved one can answer a phone call or click an email link, they can use Remento. And if they ever need help, our support team is just a message away.
